Most of our clients have very specific requirements as to the contents of the courses they are looking for. Depending on their functional requirements we either develop a complete new training or adjust one of our existing training programmes to meet their wishes.

For clients who bought dredging equipment at IHC Merwede we arrange equipment related courses, tailored to the design and application of their new machinery.
Function related courses
Depending on the level of the trainees and the company related requirements we offer courses for cutter and hopper operators, cutter and hopper engineers and courses on staff level. We can operate as a full scale HR partner, helping you define the competences of the different functions within your organisation and setting up suitable training programme to help your personnel obtain the necessary level of competences.
Specialised courses
Our open courses usually cover more basic topics. However we also have the knowledge to train our clients in more specialised areas.
