Pump & Slurry Transport Training

Participants
Participants should have at least a high level of technical education and experience in dredging. They also should be able to perform calculations in Microsoft Excel and use a scientific calculator.

The training aims at the following professions:

  • Dredging project office engineers
  • R&D dredging engineers
  • Dredging design engineers

Language
The training will be given in the English language, a good knowledge of English is requiered to fully benefit from this course.

Training material
Participants will receive a book with a copy of all the training material.

Certificate
Participants will receive the TID certificate after the training.

Lecturers
The lecturers are experts from TID and IHC Merwede.

Location
The training will take place at our training facilities in Kinderdijk, the Netherlands.

Accommodation
On request TID can arrange hotel accommodation. Prices of the hotels (bed & breakfast) vary from € 65 - €200 a night, depending on the hotel of your choice.

Training fee
The training fee is € 2130* per person.

*This fee includes tuition, literature, lunch, transportation between selected hotels and training location and refreshments during all training days. Not included are costs such as airport transfers, hotel accommodation, meals, etc. Full payment of the training fee has to be transferred to our bank account at least two weeks before the start of the course.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation up to 14 days before start of the training:10% of the fee is charged.
  • Cancellation between 14 days before the start of the training and the day before the starting date: 30% of the training fee is charged.
  • In case of cancellation on or after the starting date of the training, the full training fee is charged.
